A Great Layout

There are two phases to Hurricane Hills, phase I is a 55+ community with a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome complete with a full kitchen and one car garage. Phase II has two different size of units. The smaller of the two is a 1136 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome with a 2 car garage. If you need the extra space we have a very spacious 1525 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, complete with a 2 car garage. All the 3 and 4 bedroom units come with a large backyard and a patio perfect for summer BBQ’s with friends and family.

One great feature of our townhomes is the only adjoining wall to your neighbors is the garage wall. You will not be able to hear anything that is happening next door. No living space is directly connected to any neighbors living space. You also won’t have to worry about noise upstairs and downstairs.

Are you tired of worrying about the safety of your car in your apartment complex parking lot? At Hurricane Hills Townhomes you will be able to park your vehicles inside your own two car attached garage.
